Margot is the founder and principal of Rosedale Green – a consulting practice supporting organizations with leadership development and strategic planning.

She is a strategic leader with more than 25 years’ experience working for local, national and international organizations. With a proven track record in strategy and collaborative process, she has worked in education, public policy, and international development.  Margot serves as an Ambassador for the Harvard University Kennedy School Women’s Network, fostering learning and connections among leaders across the public, private and nonprofit sectors. In 2008, she was elected to serve as an ANC Commissioner, supporting the Mayor and City Council on public policy issues in Washington DC.
