The Petition
I want my Representatives in Congress to ensure that any trade proposal that does not serve to promote sustainable development does not move forward; whether it is new authority to negotiate trade agreements (fast-track), bilateral trade deals such as the US-Colombia FTA, or a revival of the moribund WTO talks. Now is the time to examine the record of past deals and to consider new policies not to rush into new commitments to continue the same old failed policies.
